As a result of the disaster, 124 people died, 79 people were saved but were injured.

We filed a lawsuit in New York court against the Siberia S-7 airline and the American company that is the owner of the crashed A-310 aircraft – Airbus Leasing II incorporation.

As a result of our work, as part of the proceedings in an American court, an agreement was reached with the defendants to conclude a settlement agreement. As a result, all our clients received substantial compensation.
