October 31, 2015 was remembered by the whole world for a terrible tragedy when an explosion occurred over the central part of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt on board an Airbus A321 airliner of Kogalymavia Airlines, which was operating charter flight 7K-9268 from Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg.

This terrible disaster claimed the lives of all passengers and crew on board.

DTK Partners, working with a leading American law firm, took the initiative and filed a lawsuit on behalf of relatives of the deceased passengers of Flight 9268 regarding the terrorist attack on board the Kogalymavia airline plane against the Egyptian authorities. The filing of the lawsuit was prompted by facts indicating insufficient security at Sharm el-Sheikh airport and negligence on the part of the Egyptian authorities. These claims are ongoing, and we continue to fight steadfastly for justice and accountability for the families affected.
