On November 17, 2013, a Boeing 737-500 (53A) airliner of the Tatarstan company, operating flight U9-363 from Moscow to Kazan, crashed at Kazan airport. As a result of this tragedy, all 50 people on board died – 44 passengers and 6 crew members.

Lawyers at DTK Partners, in collaboration with a leading American law firm, began representing the interests of relatives of the victims. A lawsuit was filed in an American court against the aircraft manufacturer Boeing, Tatarstan Airlines and other foreign companies associated with the crashed plane.

As a result, a settlement agreement was reached with the defendants, on the basis of which compensation was paid to our clients.
