A lawsuit was filed against the Egyptian authorities on the plane crash of Kogalymavia Airlines in Egypt on October 31, 2015
On October 31, 2015, as a result of an explosion on board, over the central part of the Sinai Peninsula (Egypt), Airbus A321 plane operated by Kogalymavia airlines was crashed.
All passengers and crew members aboard died.
DTK Partrens lawyers, together with a leading American law firm, filed a lawsuit on behalf of the relatives of the dead passengers of flight 9268 over the fact of the terrorist attack on board of the Kogalymavia aircraft against the Egyptian authorities. The reason for filing the lawsuit was that the explosion on board the aircraft was due to poor security at Sharm el-Sheikh Airport and the negligence of the Egyptian authorities. The proceedings against the Egyptian authorities continues.
